Part of TCI Group · One brief. One team. One point of contact.

Give us the brief. We'll bring the mould, the parts, and everything around them.

Silicone and polyurethane mould making is the heart of what we do. When a job needs more than a mould — packaging for the finished product, artwork for the moulded logo, an electrical fitting, a machined insert, a photography set for launch — we design it, we source it, and we project-manage it, so the whole job comes back to one person on your side.

What one-stop-shop actually means here

Manufacturing at the centre. Everything around it, managed by us.

Packed cartons ready for delivery in a clean warehouse

We are, first, a mould maker. Design, tool making, first casts, production runs, and reordering all happen in the same workshop in Bidford-on-Avon. That is the part we own end to end.

For anything larger than we can carry alone — a very high-cavity tool, a mould family across sizes, a run that outstrips a normal week — we bring in vetted UK partners under our own project management. You still deal with us. We still stand behind the work.

For the things that sit around the mould — the packaging, the printed insert, the metal component, the branded film, the website that sells the finished thing — we source and manage those the same way. The point is that you do not need to hold five suppliers together yourself.

Talk about a whole-job brief

How the work is organised

Three layers, one team.

What we make ourselves, what we run with partners, and how we keep it one conversation.

In-house

Design and manufacturing under our own roof

Mould design, master patterns, mould-making, first casts, small and mid production runs, food-grade documentation and reordering all happen in our own workshop in Bidford-on-Avon. This is the work we control end to end, in Warwickshire.

Project-managed

Larger jobs, run by us, made with vetted UK partners

For very high-cavity tools, part families across sizes, whole-elevation programmes, or a production run that outpaces a normal week, we bring in vetted UK partners under our own project management. You brief us. We brief them. You still receive one finished thing from one team.

One point of contact

You talk to one person, all the way through

From the first call to the final delivery, the same person on our side owns the job. Programme, drawings, first casts, sign-off, packaging, dispatch. If something changes, we tell you. If something needs a decision, we ask.

Everything around the mould or the part

The other suppliers you would otherwise be holding together.

These are the categories we most often source and project-manage alongside the manufacturing. Ask us about anything you do not see here — most one-stop-shop briefs turn out to be a variation on these.

Packaging

Packaging design and production

Retail cartons, printed sleeves, blisters, food-safe pouches, shelf-ready trays and shipping outers. Structural design, print-ready artwork and production, sourced through UK converters we already work with.

Graphics

Graphic design and brand artwork

Logos, wordmarks, print artwork, moulded-logo artwork prep, product labels and full visual identity. Designed so it reads at the size it will actually be seen — including on the moulded part itself.

Digital

Website design and build

Product sites, brand sites, ecommerce, landing pages for launches, and search optimisation to bring buyers in. Built to the same standard as this one, and handed over so you can run it after.

Electrical

Electrical and electronics assembly

PCB layout and manufacture, wiring looms, small enclosures with electronics inside, connectors and terminals. Useful when a moulded product needs power, sensing or a small board inside it.

Plastics

Rigid plastics — injection, vacuum-forming, 3D print

Rigid plastic parts to sit alongside silicone or rubber components — housings, clips, trays, packaging inserts. Prototype-through-production, sourced through vetted UK moulders and print bureaux.

Metalwork

Machining, metalwork and fixtures

Aluminium and steel parts, CNC machining, sheet metal, brackets and jigs. Frequently used as inserts inside a mould, as fixings for a precast panel, or as the mating part in an overmoulded product.

Storytelling

Product photography and brand video

Product photography, packaging shots, workshop and process film, launch video and social edits. Shot with the actual finished parts, so the imagery you use to sell is honest.

Fulfilment

Assembly, kitting and fulfilment

Sub-assembly, kitting, pack-out and dispatch either back to you or on to your end customer. Useful when the delivery you actually need is a finished, boxed, ready-to-ship product rather than a pallet of parts.

How a one-stop-shop brief runs

A written programme, run by one person on our side.

Every whole-job brief is different, but the shape of the programme is not.

Step 01

Tell us the whole job

Not just the mould or the part. Tell us what the finished thing needs to be, who receives it, and what it has to sit alongside. If you already know some of the ancillary parts you'll need, tell us those too.

Step 02

We draw the programme back to you

A written programme covering the manufacturing, the partners we'll bring in for anything larger, and the ancillary work we'll source. Costs, timings and who owns each piece. You approve it before anything starts.

Step 03

We make, source and co-ordinate

We build the mould or the part in our own workshop, brief the partners for anything outsourced, and manage the ancillary suppliers. You get regular updates from one person, not a chain of five.

Step 04

One delivery, one invoice, one point of support

You receive the finished thing — mould, first parts, packaging, printed artwork, whatever the brief needed — as one delivery. Reorders, spares and follow-on runs come back to the same team.

Honest scoping

When this way of working is right — and when it is not.

Right fit when

You want one team to carry the whole job.

  • You want the mould, the part and the packaging to arrive as one job, not three separate deliveries you have to reconcile.
  • You have a product launch and need the artwork, the mould, the first parts, and the launch photography to line up on the same date.
  • You've been holding together three or four suppliers yourself and would rather brief one team.
  • You have a job that's bigger than we can do alone but would rather we run it than pass you to someone else.
  • You want a UK-based team you can visit, phone, and hold accountable.

Probably not us when

You already have every piece lined up.

  • You already have every ancillary supplier in place and just want a mould or a part — that's fine, that's the core work, brief us for that alone.
  • You need a single line item at the cheapest possible unit rate with no design, project management or co-ordination — a broker will beat us on that.
  • You need us to become your in-house design team on an ongoing retainer — we work project by project, not as an embedded resource.

Give us the brief. Leave the rest with us.

A one-page description of what you want at the end, and any of the ancillaries you already know you need. We will come back with a written programme, costed, before anything starts.
